**Location:** Daytona Beach, FL (with some remote work)
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide engineering project management services including inspections, report writing, and hands-on customer relations with contractors and building owners.
- Utilize your expertise in WORD and EXCEL to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Manage projects with a focus on structural concrete restoration, high-rise/coastal buildings, paint/coatings/waterproofing, roofing, and/or window/door installations.
- Conduct fieldwork (approximately 60% of the time) which may involve physical tasks and working at heights using scaffolding, swing staging, lifts, and ladders.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Specific experience as a Florida professional engineer, EI, or in structural concrete restoration.
- Comfortability with heights and physical capabilities for fieldwork.
- 2 to 15 years of relevant experience.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with high-rise and coastal buildings.
- Proficiency in paint/coatings/waterproofing.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
