Responsible for managing learning calendar, sending communications, running reports and surveys, managing learners, content and assignments in learning platforms.
Operational Effectiveness and Learning Administration Lead • Manage technology platforms, content and learner assignments • Support learning technology transformation and pilots • Implement learning metrics strategy • Manage training logistics and communications
Major Projects: • Set up and manage NovoEd pilot in support of GU Field Expansion • Re-organize learning content to enable seamless transition to J&J Learn (enterprise mandate) • Decommission MAF Portal (redundant, expensive to maintain system with low utilization) • Streamline content management processes, reducing man-hours spent in administrative tasks • Implement learning measurement strategy (surveys, learning metrics, demonstrating value of learning programs)
