CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company is looking for a Signal Lessons Learned Analyst (Tactical Communications Background - 25U/H/A MOS) to support the Army Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower, GA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect information on Army signal support at various events CONUS and OCONUS to include military operations, combined training centers (CTCs) unit training rotations, home station training, key leader interviews, post deployment collection visits (PDCV), operational and field training exercises, leader training program, and signal-related forums.
  • Solicit and identify information needs and collection requirements related to Army signal support from CCoE staff, Schools, and Cyber Capability Development and Integration Directorate (CDID).
  • Read and be familiar with all Army Signal Doctrine.
  • Work with CCoE signal doctrine writers to identify information needs to validate or improve signal doctrine.
  • Identify indirect and direct collection opportunities (e.g., training events, meetings, forums, and exercises) to satisfy CCoE information needs related to Army signal support.
  • Develop collection plans based on CCoE signal support information needs and available collection opportunities.
  • Coordinate approved collection plans with CALL and other Army collection teams.
  • Analyze information collected to identify gaps, trends, and best practices related to signal support.
  • Develop, produce, and present after-action-reports, initial impression reports, and executive summaries of findings.
  • Based on validated gaps, trends, and best practices, identify and propose potential DOTMLPF-P solutions mitigate gaps and promote best practices.
  • Track implementation of approved DOTMLPF-P solutions and assess progress of implementation and effectiveness in closing validated gaps or promoting adoption of validated best practices.
  • Document collected observations in JLLIS.
  • Conduct short term or extended TDY travel in support of collection events, and provide trip reports when completed.
  • Monitor L&BP information originating from training centers, unit visits, Joint and Army websites, and other centers of excellence websites pertinent to signal support. Develop, maintain, and update content on L&BP websites on LandWarNet.
  • Develop, maintain, and update content on L&BP SharePoint sites on NIPRnet and SIPRnet.
  • Develop, maintain, and update content on L&BP sites on MilSuite.
  • Monitor social media forums geared toward signal, cyber, and EW soldiers in order to direct soldiers to validated official sources of information for L&BP.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the CCoE Knowledge Management section, CCoE G6, Fort Gordon NEC, and other applicable entities to ensure websites are secured and accessible to appropriate audiences.


Position Requirements:

  • Possess a final Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and shall maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in Army Signal or DoD communications operations.
  • Have an understanding of Army Signal formations; with three (3) years’ experience and knowledge of tactical networks, including network infrastructure protection, network systems security certifications, and processes.
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience working with software programs from Microsoft (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Have experience developing, maintaining, and updating content on websites and Microsoft SharePoint sites.
  • Have 3 years’ experience and understanding of Department of Defense information network (DODIN) operations at all echelons.
  • Have a strong understanding of Army and Joint Signal doctrine; with experience and knowledge of the roles and missions of Army signal systems, capabilities, and employment in the Active Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard, and how they contribute to the overall Army operations and network.
  • Have familiarity with available Signal doctrine, training, and supplemental resources and be able to redirect soldiers to official resources.
  • Have strong writing skills and knowledge of DoD, Army, and TRADOC writing standards.
  • Have the experience and knowledge to coordinate and collaborate with the CTC Staff, Leaders Training Program (LTP), rotational units, Army proponents, Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) and other Army elements to facilitate timely analysis and solution development on emerging L&BP issues.
  • Experience in serving as an observer controller / trainer (OC/T) at a Combat Training Center (JRTC, NTC or JRTC), or prior attendance at a CTC OC/T Academy is desirable but not required.
