Job Description
We are looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist to assist the current IT Operations Project Administrator, assists with IT purchases and uses the current inventory and management system. Updates and administers asset databases, tracking life cycle of all assets, maintain and manages supplier records, service level agreements, software license information and updates, and assists in developing enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures. The successful candidate will have business experience in asset management, procurement, finance or related experience andassociate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or another related field.This position will be full-time and onsite.
What You'll Do
Assist with the monitoring and tracking of inventory for the Information Technology Cost Center
Assist with procurements of on-hand IT hardware supplies
Performs regularly scheduled audits for hardware in Boca, Pompano and HQ locations.
Participate in team projects and assignments that range in size, complexity, and contract duration
Attends and participates in Staff Meetings, Operations Team Meetings, and other meetings as directed
Responsible for reading, adhering to, and enforcing Department's Procedures and Policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
