The GM must have a passion for service and people, work well under pressure and be organized. At least one year of restaurant management in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Qualifications
2 years of management and Customer Service experience
Strong administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
Strong communications skills
Responsibilities:
Manage successful restaurant operations creating positive guest and team experiences
Accountable for maintaining restaurant staffing and creating a low turnover environment
Recruit and train new hires on business practives
Passion for training, managing and developing an outstanding team at all levels
Maintain positive financial results through sales growth and cost management
Financial management, reporting and communication, banking
Crisis management and guest resolution
Professional communication and dissemination of information to the team
Oversee food safety, quality assurance, checklists and temperature checks
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment
Execute and enforce all company standards, policies and procedures
Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements, achieves high health inspection scores
