Job Description:

Location: Exton, PA

Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Manager Financial Planning and Analysis. This is a permanent, direct hire, hybrid role near Exton, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and analysis for business units.


• Lead the President's Monthly Performance Report process.


• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and initiate corrective actions.


• Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations.


• Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.


• Analyze key drivers including Operating Profit, Cash, Capex, Working Capital, and ROIC.


• Manage a team of two Senior Financial Analysts.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of finance leadership experience.


• Experience in a multinational manufacturing company


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.


• Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).


• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.


• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.


• Adaptability to rapid business changes.


• Advanced data mining skills using ERP systems and financial analytical tools.
