Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day program activities, including: identifying, documenting, and assessing requirements and risks; interfacing with and generating reports; and completing and reviewing work products to ensure timeliness and completeness in accordance with requirements.
  • Support program management activities including documenting and following standard operating procedures, tracking and reporting metrics, documenting meeting notes, performing systems data entry, and executing administrative tasks.
  • Review, interpret, and assess Federal policies and assist in the implementation of those polices at the Client-Component level.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to RMIC and fraud risk management.
  • Execute risk assessments and assist in developing strategies and internal controls for mitigating risks.
  • Assist with constructing and executing test plans to test the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Participate in the development and execution of business process improvement efforts, including: identification of client needs; constructing project plans; assessing current laws and regulations; evaluating risks and benefits; constructing process flows; recommending and designing solutions; and implementing improvements.
  • Assist clients with preparing for and participating in financial statement and other external audits. Respond to auditor provided by client (PBC) requests by the specified due dates.
  • Construct high-quality deliverables and briefings, ensuring that deliverables are properly formatted and produced according to specifications.
  • Participate in company building activities including proposal development, constructing white papers, and contributing to internal company initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least ten years of work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to hold and maintain a US DoD security clearance.
  • Department of Defense consulting experience (Preferred)
  • Active Security Clearance (Preferred)
  • Internal control, fraud risk management, or financial audit experience (Preferred)
