Role Description
The Performance Manager will be responsible for daily performance management and revenue generation for our clients, budgeting, and communicating results to clients. This is a full-time on-site role.
This person is a go-getter, someone focused on building our digital acquisition for our clients and focused on creative, testing, and optimizations, and an expert across social and Google paid ads.

Creative and a/b testing skills
Excellent communication skills with clients and within teams
Ability to analyze data and create reports to demonstrate campaign results
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical software
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in performance management and marketing
