Our client located in Carlsbad, CA is looking to expand their team with a Customer Service Representative for their loan department. In this role you will be listening to customers needs and providing financial solutions to meet customers goals.
* Deliver individual and branch results by acheiving sales goals
* Develop new and maintain existing relationships by supporting customers throughout the loan process
* Listen to customers to present financial solutions that meet their goals
* Upselling insurance products
* Discussing the terms and conditions of each customers loan
* Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
* Manage collections activities while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
