Respiratory Therapist Assistant - Part-time at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority in Madison, Wisconsin

Work Schedule :

60 % FTE, 24 hours/week. 8, 10 or 12 -hour day/evening shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM . Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist Assistant (RT Assistant) to:

• Assemble, transport, disinfect, calibrate and troubleshoot respiratory related equipment.
• Assist respiratory therapists and physicians with various procedures and tasks.

Education :

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience :

Preferred - Previous experience with assembly and cleaning of respiratory care equipment preferred.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - CPR Certified.
