Job Description:
Position Title: Tax and Accounting Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage tax and accounting teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

- Perform tax preparation and review for complex business clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with high-level accounting professionals to streamline processes and optimize client service delivery.
- Maintain a focus on high-end business clients, avoiding personal tax return services to differentiate from traditional CPAs.
- Work towards growth opportunities by building a strong team to meet client demand and expand service offerings.
- Prioritize work-life balance, with standard hours during tax season and a commitment to avoiding excessive overtime.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in both tax and accounting, with a track record of hands-on involvement in client work.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively oversee and motivate teams.
- Strong understanding of complex tax regulations and ability to apply them to diverse business situations.
- Dedication to continuous learning and development, with a focus on improving team performance and capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
