Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages, and will be comfortable assisting customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide assistance and support to customers in English and French regarding product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and other inquiries.
  3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email using Outlook or similar email platforms.
  4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  5. Meet or exceed performance goals including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.


Qualifications:
  1. Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) is required.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  3. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (MS Office, Outlook).
