Job Description:

Summary: This position is responsible for review, research, and analysis relating to HMDA compliance, as well as various other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Ensures the Banks ongoing compliance with all Federal and State Regulations including HMDA. Supports the Banks HMDA reporting program. Works directly with lenders and processors (consumer, mortgage and commercial) to ensure accurate reporting of customer and HMDA data. Maintains the HMDA software systems, modifying and testing updates as needed. Continues to update system testing of HMDA data elements to enhance the due diligence process. Performs post-closing reviews of all real-estate secured loans and reviews for HMDA. Addresses issues identified by the Audit departments quarterly reviews. Prepares and submits quarterly and/or annual regulatory reports. Maintains current knowledge of and adheres to the BSA policy. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in either Finance or related fields; or three years of banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, bonuses, etc.

Other Skills:
Displays an eagerness & ability to learn, efficiently uses the technology provided, and is receptive to new ideas.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve high level problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret and display an in depth understanding of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must have organizational, priority-setting and decision-making skills.
