The purpose of your role as a Cashflow Financial Analyst

As a Cashflow Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the company's cashflow, cash forecasting, investments, and minimizing financial risk for the company. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be the finance contact that leads the treasury operations and cash management.

This is a hybrid-remote position based out of our St. Paul, MN office.

  • Work with banks, sureties, and other outside parties as the company representative

  • Manage liquidity, weekly cash forecast and cash flow reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial trends
  • Proactively support efforts of early pay programs
  • Collaborate with key personnel in accounting, finance, and business leaders to create cash forecasts at a company, major project, customer and division level
  • Provide timely customer support to business for contract proposals and M&A activities
  • Assist with management of insurance program including annual insurance renewal process
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional analysis and projects, partnering with accounting and business teams to understand and work through initiatives, understand the impact to accounting and the business, streamline processes, ensure proper financial and business process exits.
  • Design and implement treasury management process and systems to continuously improve procedures and controls surrounding cash movement, bank fee analysis, remittance processing, borrowing and other related activities

What we're looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred
  • 3+ years of strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills are required, as this position will have responsibility for complex projects where the ability to influence others will be essential.
  • 3+ years of strong understanding of financial markets and corporate treasury operations - including cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting processes, banking, related process management, and compliance activities.
  • 3+ years of understanding of forecasting, budgeting and reporting method and practices
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

    Pay Range: $67,852 – $101,779 per year

    The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
