Our client, major leader in the CPG space, is searching for a CRM Manager to join their team for a long-term freelance role.
You'll work 40 hours per week, 2 days onsite in Needham, MA.
As CRM Manager, you'll focus heavily on developing and executing CRM strategies that enhance the customer journey from pre-through-post-purchase. You will:
- Build and manage automated email and SMS messaging campaigns, including customer journeys, building out FAQ lists and common instructions / troubleshooting
- Review data to find commonalities in the journey and develop messaging around them
- Conduct A/B testing and QA messaging
- Review for performance and optimizations from reporting
The ideal CRM Manager has deep experience in CRM marketing and focused heavily on customer journeys, plus:
- 3-5 years' years working with retail or CPG clients in a customer-centric role
- Partners well with creative and marketing teams to develop messaging
- Thinks strategically while making data-informed decisions
- Experience Narvar, Listrak and SMS campaigns is preferred
- is proactive, inquisitive and can comfortably reach out to new teams to collaborate
