You are an email marketing expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to revive dormant customer relationships while driving new business opportunities through effective email lead generation tactics. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to maximize customer engagement and expand our market presence. You will also be responsible for developing and executing revenue driving programs such as customer comeback campaigns, abandon cart reclamation, and customer monthly subscription retention. Ability to meet and exceed monthly KPIs. Your creativity and marketing acumen will be used to ultimately use a variety of email initiatives to drive revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic development and execution of revenue producing customer-focused campaigns (e.g. reactivation, drip campaigns, customer upgrade programs etc.).
Design and content creation of various assets including emails, lead magnets, etc.
Implement a testing program to review program effectiveness.
Develop and test email lead nurture campaigns.
Manage our ESP and email creation.
Communicating and coordinating with the various departments as needed.
Work with global marketing teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree.
At least 3-5 years' experience in driving leads online, customer acquisition. You're an expert in email marketing.
