We're on the lookout for a dynamic Billing Coordinator to join our team at our newly renovated Parsippany, New Jersey office. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our high-growth trajectory, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, offering the perfect balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitors patient accounts.
  • Communicates effectively, courteously, and professionally with patients, parents/legal guardians of their financial obligation.
  • Efficiently operates assigned computer software (excel, word, WINOMS)
  • Documents Financial arrangements in patent accounts.
  • Proficiently uses conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques in managing patient conflicts.
  • Send out monthly billing statements to collect overdue balances.
  • Manages and monitors collection efforts with 3rd party vendor.
  • Review account ledgers quickly and efficiently, making sure appropriate payment and adjustment were made.
  • Appropriately handling and answering incoming billing inquiries.
  • Collaborates with team on operating policies, AR collectability, refunds, and bad debts.
  • Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
