Role Description:

The Operations Administrator will collaborate with the PS management and teams to document and maintain the processes, systems, and performance monitoring approach of the PS Organization, support the global delivery of services to meet target services revenue and performance goals. Also, will be responsible for supporting the Forecast, Resource Utilisation and Billing Operations for PS team.

Responsibilities:
  • The Operations & Resource Administrator is responsible for leading the Billing Operations and supporting the Forecast, and Resource Operations, and performance monitoring of the PS Organization.
  • Documents and maintains the strategies and insights used to guide the PS teams to achieve the Forecast, Resource utilization and Billing targets.
  • Documents ways to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Gathers data on current operations through observations, reports, and interviews to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
  • Document and maintain systems used for delivering effective tracking, reporting, and communication tools to provide business unit and executive leadership meaningful key progress results.
  • Support the capacity planning process and standard tool set used to provide data as an input for PS organization planning.
  • Proactively identify issues / problem areas, research the issue, document findings and recommendations.
  • Helps departmental leaders implement new policies, procedures, processes and assists with implementation of changes.
  • Training employees to use new systems or follow new processes.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures to improve performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Work closely with PS management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional Operations Analyst or similar experience working in a large, cross functional organization.
  • A detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on results.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skill, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and different management levels.
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of financial & resource modelling and forecasting.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with PSA, SFDC, QlikView, project management tools, Business intelligence tools, and capacity planning tools.
  • Understanding of Business Process Management and OPEX.
  • Understanding of IT Service Delivery and or Supply Chain industries.

Preferred skills:
  • Understanding of Operations management (COM, CAE, ITIL or Six Sigma Green Belt).
  • Understanding of Project Management principles (PMP, Agile or Prince 2).
