POSITION SUMMARY

You will leverage data and provide insights to grow our e-commerce business. Your primary responsibility is to analyze and interpret digital data, providing valuable insights into user behavior, website performance, and customer interactions. Through your advanced knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, user behavior tools like FullStory or GlassBox, and website testing and optimization tools like Intellimize, you will play a pivotal role in improving our e-commerce business. Your deep understanding and appreciation of user behavior will enable you to translate data into actionable strategies, ultimately improving conversion rates, enhancing the customer journey, and driving increased revenue. You will create a comprehensive 360 overview of who our customer and competition to help us better communicate our value proposition more effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize a variety of site analytics tools to understand the data and the story the data tells
  • Help create customer personas based on data and research
  • Create competitive analysis reports
  • Work in tandem with channel managers to ensure data integrity and comprehension of efforts
  • Develop a data and customer behavior road map to help identify key areas of customer friction points and areas of opportunities for revenue growth
  • Identify and recommend A/B testing opportunities
  • Create and present reports to articulate where we were, where we're at, and where we need to go as it relates to our digital properties
  • Identify, resolve, and optimize a number of complex analytics and data issues to ensure data accuracy
  • Research and suggest technologies to help us better understand the customer landscape
  • Lead and mentor a growing team
  • Help facilitate user testing environments (surveys, field research, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven Experience: You have a solid track record as a Digital Marketing Analyst (or a similar role) and can demonstrate your ability to drive data-driven improvements. Your past experiences have contributed to measurable successes in optimizing digital marketing strategies.
  • Advanced Proficiency: You possess advanced proficiency in essential tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and other relevant analytics tools. Your expertise allows you to navigate these platforms seamlessly, extracting meaningful data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analytical Skills: Your advanced analytical skills set you apart, enabling you to delve into complex datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Your insights are critical in shaping digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • E-Commerce Experience: You have a solid background in e-commerce, understanding the intricacies of online retail and the factors influencing consumer behavior in the digital space. Your experience in user behavior (UX) analysis and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is a key asset.
  • Data Visualization: Your expert ability to translate data into visually compelling presentations is crucial. You can effectively convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of the digital landscape and its impact on business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must. Your ability to articulate findings, present recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that data-driven insights are integrated seamlessly into overall business strategies. The ability to convey complex findings into an easy-to-understand format will be a key to your success here.
