Previous athletic training experience, preferably at the college level
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
BOC certified
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Athletic Trainer's license (or eligible and obtained prior to employment)
CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, required
Experience in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
Experience managing multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
Experience with ATS, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft office suite
Working knowledge and application of NCAA rules and regulations
Prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Overnight travel may be required
Prior experience working with and contributing to a diverse workplace environment
Some lifting will be required
Must work well under pressure
