Description:
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer looking for a Production Manager for their team.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee team of production supervisors across shifts including sanitation


• Manage production processes to make sure product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all associates


• Collaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse, safety, engineering, maintenance, and HR


• Participate on process improvement initiatives to improve processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficiencies


• Monitor KPIs for overall efficiency success

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but will consider additional experience in lieu of a degree


• 5+ years of food or beverage manufacturing management experience is required, including leading salaried direct reports


• Experience with new line start up within the plant and line optimization is required


• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required!
