Starting Rate: Band 5 - $52,500 - $59,700

Position Summary:
The Coordinator - Workforce Opportunities and Outcomes provides advanced database monitoring, maintenance, and reporting support to the Workforce division. Key responsibilities revolve around organizing, accessing, and compiling data related to Workforce division performance indicators and Workforce division client and partner information requests. Position also prepares reports and correspondence. Position requires excellent collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
The work schedule for this position is flexible and may include working evenings and weekends and local travel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Centralizes and organizes data requests and data storage across the Workforce division Compiles data across the Workforce division
Runs and interprets internal reports using internal applications (ex. Pima Reports, WEBI, Banner queries); navigates internal data collection and reporting systems
Provides technical assistance and support on internal reporting systems across the Workforce division
Monitors measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Workforce division; monitors, maintains, and assists with the design of KPI metric tracking dashboards Assists with support, management, and updating of customer relationship management (CRM) application (ex. Salesforce)
Centralizes, organizes, and maintains library of qualitative and quantitative data and resources
Collaborates and coordinates with internal partners including but not limited to deans, department heads, faculty, and Sponsored Programs staff
Reviews, researches, prepares, and presents reports, correspondence, and briefs Creates slide decks for presentations
Assists with events and event planning
Performs other duties of a similar nature as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and
At least one year of related experience
or
An equivalent combination of certification, education, and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above
Preferred:
One to three years of database management experience
One to three years of project and/or grant coordination experience
Master's degree in closely related field of study
