The Senior Oracle Financials Functional Analyst will drive business simplification, automation and provide functional support to Oracle On-prem E-Business Suite (EBS) and Cloud ERP Financial modules. You will enhance and support the Global Oracle Instance application modules, interfaces, and other related applications within the Financials domain. You will consult with our local and global business partners, gather, and define requirements, configure standard applications, conduct gap analysis and design, and provide end-user support in multiple geographies.
We operate in a hybrid work environment, which includes remote days on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. In This Role, You will…
Apply your advanced knowledge in the support and enhancement of Oracle on-prem EBS and Cloud ERP within our Financials modules, interfaces, and other related applications
Modules of focus include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, EBTax, Avalara & EPM
Support and enhance the ERP modules, interfaces, and other related applications
Consult with business partners, domestically and globally, to gather requirements and provide application design, configuration, module set up as well as production support
Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices
Coordinate user change-request projects and drive them to on-time completion
Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP systems best practice deployment
Work with development teams to communicate functional requirements for code development and test the same on completion
Support month-end closing and budget processes
What You Bring to the Team:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, CPA or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 finance modules including GL, AP, AP, FA & Cash Management
Experience/Knowledge in Oracle Cloud FCCS, EDM, FAH and EPM modules is a plus
Basic working knowledge of Oracle SQL
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy
The ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams, etc.
Experience working within a retail, manufacturing or distribution environment in a global capacity
