Job Description:

 As an Environmental Technician at Clean Earth, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring environmental sustainability by managing hazardous waste removal and disposal. This physically demanding role involves operating equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate, treat, store, transport, and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move containers and load/unload trailers.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work outdoors and indoors in various conditions.
• Wear company-issued personal protective equipment.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

Pay starts at $19 an hour depending on experience. 

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Forklift experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing and walking on uneven surfaces.
• Visual and auditory acuity for safety.
• Willingness to work in varied climates and wear protective gear.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse, loading dock, or manufacturing.
• Forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
