Metallurgy Testing Technician (Night shift, M-F, 11pm-7pm) at ManpowerGroup in Cudahy, Wisconsin

Job Description:

 Join a dynamic team at our Cudahy facility, a critical hub for supplying advanced materials globally. The Metallurgy Technician will work the 3rd shift, ensuring components meet customer specifications and production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal alloys for metallographic evaluation.
• Perform mechanical tensile and creep testing.
• Operate testing equipment and quality control devices.
• Assist in chemical processes and hazardous material testing.
• Monitor metal removal processes and disposal.
• Record and analyze testing data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic: 1 year of quality control or metallurgy experience.
• Preferred: Metallographic rating, hazardous material handling, mechanical testing experience, familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Quick learner of processes and tasks.
