HAYS has partnered with an international real estate company looking for a Senior Asset Manager in Long Beach, CA to support their Student Housing portfolio across the Western US.



Your new role



You will be responsible for the formulation and execution of strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio to maximize returns and optimize income. Managing and improving the value of company assets.

• Responsible for the overall improvement of cash flow and asset value.


• Managing and preparing the annual budgets and reporting that covers the financial performance of assets.


• Working closely with other Asset Managers and team members to constantly improve properties and processes that reflect overall income and value.


• Maintaining quality tenant relations to ensure high retention rates.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years' experience in Asset Management


• Experience in Multi-Family Finance management


• Attention to detail, team orientated, financial reporting experience and knowledge of the local market.

What you'll get in return
