As a Quality Inspector, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will play a crucial role in performing various quality checks and tests throughout the production process. From inspecting finished goods to analyzing data and maintaining compliance with protocols, you'll be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished and in-process goods, adhering to work instructions and promptly identifying any deviations.
  • Utilize a range of gaging instruments with precision and accuracy to assess product quality.
  • Perform first piece inspections to validate compliance with quality control requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of statistical data and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Assist in the development and updating of inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive summaries to validate standards or highlight deviations.
  • Conduct audits to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Escalate any issues promptly and efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are completed fully and accurately.
  • Uphold 5S standards by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Adhere strictly to Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Experience and Education:

  • Work under general supervision, handling moderately complex issues independently while referring more complex matters to higher-level staff.
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of quality control principles and procedures.
  • Hold 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Competencies/ Skills:

  • Ability to interpret and apply work instructions effectively.
  • Strong aptitude for following written and verbal directions accurately.
  • Proficient in basic verbal and written communication, with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Solid grasp of basic mathematical concepts.
  • Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and analysis.
  • Technical expertise in quality control processes and equipment operation.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to precision and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Analytical thinking skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of required gaging instruments and their application.
