ARRANGE AND SCHEDULE PICK-UPS, PREPARE DOCUMENTATION FOR SHIPMENTS, EXPORT DOCUMENTATION, FREIGHT BILLS, AIRBILLS, UPS WORLSHIP, FEDERAL EXPRESS AND SAME DAY SHIPMENTS
ARRANGE AND SCHEDULE PICK-UPS FOR DUNNAGE AND RETURNABLE CONTAINERS
PROCESS SHIPMENTS WITHIN SAP SYSTEM
RECONCILE SHIPMENT ERRORS AND WORK WITH DISTRIBUTION CENTER TO RESOLVE ISSUES
TROUBLESHOOTING RETURNED/DAMAGED MATERIAL, PROCESS FREIGHT CLAIMS
ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS, INSIDE SALES, SALES ENGINEERS AND ESP TEAM MEMBERS ON A DAILY BASIS
MUST BE VERY CONCIENTIOUS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN INVENTORY ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER SERVCE MEASURES
MUST PASS DOT CERTIFICATION (SHIPPING HAZARDOUS MATERIAL)
MUST BE CERTIFIED TO OPERATE A FORK TRUCK
ABILITY TO LOAD OUTBOUD TRUCKS AND PROCESS SHIPMENTS
MANAGE MATERIAL MOVEMENT TO AND FROM EXTERNAL WAREHOUSE
MANAGE PICK UP OF SCRAP MATERIAL CONTAINERS AND MOVE OUTSIDE HOPPERS INTO PROBER LOCATION AS NEEDED
DELIVER AND CHANGE OUT FOAM, OIL TOTES AND DRUMS TO WORK CENTERS AS REQUIRED
