Position Summary

Collaborates with Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to help drive continuous improvement and automation for the Accounting and Finance processes. Leverages knowledge of best practices in financial systems, project management, and process enhancement to facilitate the implementation of the OneStream XF Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system and Oracle E-Business Suite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Supports monthly closings, reporting, analytics, and financial planning projects. Helps document functional requirements, define and execute test scenarios, and develop/conduct end-user training.

Major Responsibilities


  • Assists the Accounting/Finance teams in building, maintaining, and supporting financial systems including OneStream and Oracle E-Business Suite R12, as well as other financial systems.
  • Gathers and documents business requirements and works with internal IT teams and external implementation partners in building out various functionality within pre-packaged accounting applications.
  • Works with IT teams to define data requirements and mappings for integration of data into the OneStream CPM system.
  • Administers and works on the daily maintenance, operations, and support of OneStream.
  • Builds reports and dashboards in the OneStream system to help satisfy the requirements of the business units.
  • Troubleshoots system issues and works with vendor support teams on resolution.
  • Serves as main, day-to-day contact for financial systems-related inquiries for both internal and external customers and business partners by utilizing an expert level of functional knowledge.
  • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of data in the CPM system by employing and executing defined control procedures.
  • Assists in ensuring the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance of financial systems during the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as well as post-production.
  • Works with internal stakeholders and IT to prioritize projects as part of the Finance roadmap.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identifies areas for improvement in order to effectively streamline processes and create efficiencies.
  • Completes ad-hoc responsibilities including report requests and project work.
  • Creates and maintains system documentation as well as assists in creating Accounting policies and procedures. Creates system and process flowcharts.
  • Produce data analytics for Accounting/Finance area that will help drive business decisions by utilizing various tools such as OneStream, Qlik, and Power BI.

Required Skills and Personal Personal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including IT professionals, finance teams, and senior management.
  • Experience in facilitating and maintaining data integrations across financial systems.
  • Experience with Data Mining and Data Analytics Tools (i.e.: SQL, Qlik, Power BI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including data modeling, advanced functions, and macros. Preferred: VBA scripting and/or C#.
  • Ability to perform functions independently with minimal supervision, operate flexibly according to evolving priorities, and achieve stated goals within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Experience with EPM/CPM tools such as OneStream, Hyperion, etc. preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite or other financial systems preferred.
  • Understanding of financial processes.

Educational/Experience Requirements: 4-year college degree (BA, BS), with 4 to 6 years relevant experience.

Work Environment


  • Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)

  • Travel Required: 5-10%

  • Internal Work Environment: Prolonged sitting at desk and working on computer. Ability to handle constant interruptions

Compensation: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $67900 - $85000 / year. (P2) Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, 0nd relevant education or training.
