Job Description:

Fantastic Opportunity for a Accounts Payable Supervisor. This is a direct hire position looking to have someone start ASAP. The company is located in Northwest Houston. This will be working 100% in office and supervising accounts payable for 6 different entities.


Accounts Payable Supervisor Job Duties:

• Reviewing and processing invoices


• Generating payments to vendors


• Reconciling vendor statements


• Working with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve discrepancies


• Contacting vendors to resolve issues


• 3 way matching for both PO and non PO invoices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience


• Bachelors degree


• Experience with ERP system


• Lead or Supervisory experience preferred


• Good Excel skills
