Job Description:

Sealing Devices is looking for those who want to expand in their career to join our Inside Sales/Customer Service Team!. This role will help support our entire customer base with their requests for sealing and gasketing needs across the world and even into Outer space! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, is eager to learn and enjoys supporting customers.

What you will do:


  • Learn from our team of experts about all of Sealing Devices unique product offerings and capabilities

  • Support daily customer requests about products, prices, availability, uses and credit terms using ERP and email systems

  • Reply to request for quotes on customer requirements

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to secure accurate information around production timelines and costs for customer RFQ's

  • Work within our ERP (Oracle) to help input customer orders and update information on orders

  • Emulate Sealing Devices SCORE values in your daily work

     

What you will need to succeed:


  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.

  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics preferred.

  • 2 plus years of experience in Sales or related business experience including customer support, pricing and RFQs.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $22 to $27/hour based upon experience.
