We are hiring a Market Place Attendant to join The Cannery Market & Supply team, if you have customer service experience and a genuine spirit to serve apply today to begin your hospitality career!

Shift Patter: this is a union position, full open availability for all shifts required, earliest shift begins at 5am, closing shift ends at 1230am, the market is open 7 days a week

Pay Rate:$21.55 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Market Place Attendant, you would be responsible for preparing and replenishing food and beverage service in The Cannery Market & Supply outlet to deliver an excellent guest experience and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Take guest orders and purchases and accurately input in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
  • Requisition, stock and rotate products
  • Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
  • Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
