Job Description
As a Personal Lines Supervisor for our Independent Agency, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our personal lines insurance team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in personal lines insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and processing commercial insurance policies, endorsements and certificates.
  • Gather and very accurate information from clients,underwriters, and other sources to complete insurance applications and documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records in EPIC.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders via phone, email and written correspondence.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and assemble insurance documents, including policy summaries, invoices, endorsements for distribution to clients.
  • Assist in the processing of claims by gathering necessary information, supporting documentation, and coordinating with claims adjusters.'
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials required for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars and organizing meetings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Desire to be in a leadership and supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • P&C license Required
