Your new role


As a Superintendent, the responsibilities include coordinating on-site construction activities, supervising field personnel, management of subcontractors, and coordination with the client as required to successfully complete the project safely, on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining a high standard of quality of production, while administering safe construction practices with all on-site activities.


What you'll need to succeed


You will have at least 7 years working in the field as a superintendent. You should also have experience dealing with Houston Municipalities and TxDot. To be successful in this role, you possess the knowledge and experience of supervising and managing building & civil projects. You will be motivated, and have the drive to succeed.
