Position Summary:

As a Servicing Specialist 1 - Office Support, your role plays a vital role in the department by handling various administrative duties. Responsibilities include auditing customer loan and lease files, coordinating document imaging processes, processing return mail, and fulfilling receptionist duties. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the organization while contributing to the efficiency of departmental operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process simple maintenance on loan and lease customer files.

  • Assist with final quality check of Paid in Full process.

  • Assist with audits on customer files to verify compliance and accuracy utilizing Loan Audit RPA.

  • Coordinate the process of sending documents for imaging and maintaining organized records.

  • Responsible for receiving customer documents from internal departments and placing images on intranet for proper record retention and sending out customer correspondence via mail when required.

  • Fulfil receptionist duties by greeting visitors and directing inquiries.

  • Provide general administrative support to the organization, including data entry, document filing and processing return mail.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines in carrying out daily tasks.

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and changes affecting servicing tasks.

  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements identified by senior team members.

  • Maintain confidentiality due to access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

  • Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn in an entry-level capacity.

  • Other duties may be assigned, and responsibilities and activities may change.

Qualifications and Competencies Required:



  • Experience



    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.




  • Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent





  • Skills required


    • Efficiently addresses and resolves issues promptly, responds to service requests, and actively participates in meetings with a focus on effective communication and clarity.

    • Balances team and individual responsibilities, demonstrates integrity and ethics, and upholds organizational values while following policies and completing administrative tasks accurately.

  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA

Qualifications Preferred:



  • Experience


    • One (1) or more years in a lending and/or captive finance industry operational environment such as Account Services (back-end operations), Funding, Customer Service, Collections



Physical Requirements:
