SUMMARY: The Head of Content and Integration Partnerships at Tallo is the strategic architect who will identify, evaluate, establish, and manage collaborations that accelerate Tallo's adoption in our two-sided marketplace. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between talent and opportunity through innovative content and partnership strategies.

Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies that increase Tallo's usage, engagement, and overall value.
Perform market scans to identify opportunities to advance our offerings.
Conduct build vs partner vs buy analyses to determine the best path forward.
Forge and maintain relationships with technology, data, and content contributors and educational institutions, training providers, and industry leaders to curate relevant resources to help people explore and discover career options, learn through quality coursework and acquire relevant certifications, and build a better life by getting a good job.
Coordinate, oversee, and provide project management of integrations with partners.
Monitor performance indicators ensuring on-time delivery of project completion.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate partner content and technology seamlessly into Tallo's platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance data to inform future strategy and content development.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional collaboration. This position will provide guidance, set objectives, and ensure alignment with Tallo's mission and goals across teams.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of experience in partnerships, integrations, and/or product development
A strong alignment with Tallo's Values, mission, and vision
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: None Required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of successful relationship development and cross-functional collaboration
Knowledge of agile product development practices
Familiarity with integration terminology to facilitate conversations between organizations
Ability to lead negotiations and execute agreements that support business goals
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in data analysis and evaluating performance metrics
Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in early talent acquisition and educational content development/strategy.
Experience working with online platforms in the education, training, or job placement sectors.
Knowledge of early career development, postsecondary decision-making, and recruitment.

This is a remote, home-based position with occasional travel for partner meetings and industry events.
Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $103,575.00 to $165,720.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
