Delivery Lead Senior Manager, Analytics (Databricks)


Seeking a Delivery Lead Senior Manager, Analytics (Databricks) to join a large food and beverage client. In this role, you will lead a team that utilizes Databricks to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing scalable data solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data engineers, business analysts, and testers, partnering with scrum masters, data modelers, and architects to deliver curated content using Databricks.


• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.


• Implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and curation.


• Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.


• Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering, analytics, and Databricks technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead for Data Analytics Projects (Databricks).


• 5+ years of experience managing a team of Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers.


• Strong technical background with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Data Factory.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model, managing third parties


• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory or similar technologies.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. •Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities


• Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to them.


• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
