Due to continued demand on their business and on the back of recent project wins, this group is actively hiring an experienced Quality Support Manager on a permanent full-time basis.



Your new role


As Quality Support Manager, you will participate in pre-construction meetings providing guidance periodically throughout the planning and design phases. This includes reviewing design documents at each phase for quality with the intent of identifying challenges and opportunities. As QSM, you will be involved from concept through occupancy for every project and will target any imperfections in the building design or process. You will also conduct monthly quality workshops sharing knowledge and information on active and non-active work with project teams expeditiously.



What you'll need to succeed


To apply for this Quality Support Manager role, you will have at least ten years' experience in a quality support/control role. You will have strong technical and safety knowledge as well as a comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, practices and a strong ability to read and interpret construction documents. You will understand the major concepts of Building Science and can interpret design documents to ensure that the design will result in a durable and well performing building. A four-year BS degree in a construction related discipline is required.

On receipt, you will receive a base salary ranging from $120k to $170k, which is negotiable depending on relevant experience to the role.
