The hourly rate for this position is $22.56 plus a team bonus based on showroom performance. You are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

Achieve sales objectives, maintain optimal order values and manage leads effectively.
Engage in proactive customer outreach and follow-ups.
Uphold exceptional service standards and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
Amplify sales year-over-year by fostering strong customer connections.
Participate in community outreach and brand initiatives, leveraging tools for customer interaction.
Collaborate across departments to enhance store performance and align with our mission.

Conversion rates and recurring order achievements.
Attainment of sales targets, focusing on order value and sales plans.
Customer satisfaction feedback and repeat sales growth.
Achieving and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all customer transactions.

Interdepartmental collaboration effectiveness and store performance optimization.
