The Xoom Growth & Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of international cross border payments. The Manager will lead growth initiatives in collaboration with the internal business development and marketing teams as well as external strategic partners with the goal of expanding our footprint across global key markets.

Summary



As a member of PayPal's Xoom team, you will develop and deploy programs in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity, support the launch and activation of our partners, and manage a unified growth strategy - all with the goal of growing Xoom in key growth markets.


This is a critical and highly visible position in the Xoom organization reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations. The role requires considerable cross-functional collaboration, executive interface, as well as internal and external client & stakeholder engagement.



Responsibilities




Partner Activations



  • Work with partner teams to develop and execute a multi-pronged partner activation strategy, maximizing program reach to drive awareness and usage of Xoom

  • Create scalable activation opportunities that can be continuously optimized to accelerate velocity and results

  • Track and measure the results of activation programs, use this data to iterate and inform future opportunities, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders




Xoom Growth



  • Work with the PayPal paid media team to provide subject matter expertise and strategic information about the Xoom business to ensure the business and paid media strategies are aligned

  • Shape lifecycle strategy and drive programs through value proposition + incentive-based messaging, with special emphasis on activation + churn

  • In partnership with the PayPal brand team, refresh the Xoom brand and reinstall brand presence with cultural connections and seasonal messages, by corridor

  • Lead rapid experimentation of channels, campaigns, creative, and incentives

  • Manage the day-to-day performance tracking as well as reporting to key stakeholders

  • Research and evaluate prospective events to ensure Xoom has a regular presence across industry events and are aligned with communities of influence




Sales Enablement



  • Provide the team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive sales growth and success (i.e. pitch decks, collaterals, webinars, case studies, sales training docs)

  • Manage sales enablement communication process and channels; outline solution objectives, activation opportunities, schedules, deliverables and cost estimates

  • Gather and implement feedback to continuously iterate and develop the sales enablement strategy




Qualifications



  • 5-7+ years experience in relevant roles in growth, co-marketing - remittances industry experience a plus


  • Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken Spanish

  • Experience using and building tools to help drive customer acquisition and product growth

  • Experience in handling critical sales processes

  • Experience leading on net new GTM approaches

  • A high degree of ideation and execution within a fast-paced organization

  • Experience influencing and aligning partners across different points of view or functions, to drive action and change

  • A high level of energy, flexibility, perpetual enthusiasm to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Independent thinker that is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment

  • Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas

  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint) and Slack preferred
