Job Description:

We’re glad you’re exploring our Associate Business Analyst position and want to share some of the details.

 

First, we would be looking for you to have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. 1-3 years’ experience in various business aspects is highly preferred.

 

Second, the main responsibility of this position is to work on and completing Service Desk support tickets and provide information to management and team members regarding high priority issues or important information that impacts the day-to-day business. You will build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service. The Associate Business Analyst will monitor, track, and respond to requests from stakeholders through a variety of means such as: emails, phone calls, walk ups, meetings, and Service desk tickets.
