Global Talent Development Associate
Your Role: The Global Talent Development Associate is assists in the development and execution of talent development programs, including coordinating training logistics and assisting with the administration of learning management systems.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of talent development programs
Collaborate with team members to support training needs and organize content that supports employee development and performance improvement
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and materials preparation.
Support the administration of learning management systems (LMS), including user management, content uploading, and reporting.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis.
Provide administrative support to the Global Talent Development team as needed
Oversee Global Talent Management budget processes, including collaboration with team members to gather and compile budgetary information
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in budget management/administration
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for talent development and a desire to contribute to the professional growth of others.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
