Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a cross functional team, guiding them on how to use Agile, Scrum and Lean values/practices through servant leadership


• Creates and nurtures a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset and agile maturity in teams through agile practices, agile mindset, metrics, removal of blockers and partnership with leadership


• Platform integrations and data analytics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with JIRA and Agile is required


• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned


• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
