Shermco Industries is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The This role will be a hybrid, so must be located in the Irving, TX area.
Essential Duties:
- Drive compliance to Most-Preferred Suppliers
- Procurement communications to purchasers and stakeholders
- Procurement Operations process mapping
- Interfaces with Finance, AP and other departments
- Supplier Creation and Uploads
- Implement Procurement Operations Best Practices
- KPI's
- Catalogues, Punch Outs, etc.
- SKU Optimization
- "How-To" Guides
- Ownership of Apparel and Office Supplies Programs
- Support Adhoc Implementation of new projects
- Implement Procurement Operations Best Practices
- KPI's
- Catalogues, Punch Outs, etc.
- SKU Optimization
- "How-To" Guides
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from four-year College and/or University. Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
- Functional knowledge of procurement practices and requirements.
