Job Duties
Write compelling copy for case studies, company news articles, newsletters, video scripts, radio ads, flyers, letters, and other deliverables as assigned.Strategize, create, monitor, and analyze social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram in HubSpot.Draft and revise your short-form and long-form assignments to meet high quality standards.Follow and implement strategies to schedule company news and social media content.Adapt writing style for unique B2B, B2C, and internal audiences.Conduct research and interviews to complete writing assignments.Comply with corporate Brand Guidelines and Style Guidelines.Stay current with our product offerings by division and geographic location, best writing practices, and SEO.
Work Environment
Office working environmentSome travel to company locations, job sites, and customer offices based on project needs, predominately day trips

Experience and Qualifications
3 5 years of professional experience as a copywriter, social media coordinator, content writer, communications specialist, social media strategist, or similar role.An Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field is preferred.A writing portfolio is required.Unmatched attention to detail while writing, editing, storing, and publishing projects.Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Excel, and marketing technologies, such as Wrike (project management software), MediaValet (data asset management software), and HubSpot (social media management software).A creative team player with excellent communication skills and knowledge of marketing.Curiosity to learn about the manufacturing and construction industries, SEO, and social media trends.Proven time management skills.Proactive, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
