What will you do?


  • Responsible for the management of a team of Technical specialists & Support in Industrialization or Manufacturing engineering (Supply Chain Deployment) for a department or equivalent.

  • Ensure people commitment, adapt competencies and drive changes.

  • Promote new technologies and best practices in the team.

  • Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

  • Conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implements plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

  • Assist manufacturing plant/facilities engineers with facility planning and design.

What qualifications will make you successful?


  • 8-years with relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Positive, enthusiastic, team player, and champion of business

  • Self-motivated and self-directed with high sense of urgency

  • Proven ability to achieve results


For this Colorado based position, the expected compensation range is $164,000 - $200,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
