Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Program Management in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute Projects through a structured New Product Introduction (NPI) process, right from ideation to post launch enablement


• Demonstrate previous experience in facilitating cross functional collaboration, communication and proactively minimizing risks and issues to drive program success


• Build valued working relationships with subject matter experts in functional areas along with stakeholders and leadership


• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills, outstanding written and verbal communication talent


• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team


• Ensure team has tools, guidance, and established priorities to successfully lead programs/projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of relevant Program Management experience within engineering domain, preferably product development role


• Previously led large scale programs/project as a Program Manager, ideally in the B2B domain


• Demonstrate confidence in communicating effectively with cross functional technical teams, business organizations, vendors, and leadership


• Excellent written and oral communication

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
