Infosys Finacle is seeking an experienced Alliances Leader to join our Partnerships team to lead the Americas business. Infosys Finacle, an independent product subsidiary of Infosys Limited, is an industry leader in digital banking solutions helping financial institutions engage, innovate, operate and transform better. Infosys Finacle has around 6,000 employees worldwide inclusive of sales, marketing, delivery/implementation, support, operational and alliances to ensure success of our solutions.
This role will lead, grow and execute the relevant existing partnerships as well as assess new/potential partners that will enable Infosys Finacle to win in market. The Americas region includes Canada, North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. Expectations for this role is relationship expansion/development, leading/driving joint sales opportunities, joint solution development based on regional needs and requirements, initiating and overseeing marketing engagements to generate new opportunities, building strong internal relationships and expanding external alignment amongst executive leaders. This person will own advisory, system and solution integrators, complementary solution and consulting partnerships for the Americas. The Alliances organization works cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Field Sales, and Engineering to drive business opportunities in region. The Americas Alliances Leader will report directly to the Global Vice President/Head of Alliances at Infosys Finacle.

This position can work remotely yet preferably in United States. Assume 30% travel as needed.
Strong candidates for this role are well-aligned with advisory, consulting, and systems integration partners plus have knowledge on managing complementary solutions partners that round out the Infosys Finacle product suite. This candidate must have the skilled ability to synthesize, influence, and evangelize a vision with internal and external stakeholders.
You will:


  • Regionally manage key current strategic advisory, consulting and integration partnerships end to end inclusive of contractual requirements, building joint solutions to take to market, developing messaging/value propositions, building /executing go to market efforts, tracking opportunities and reporting

  • Align with product marketing to review, assess and potentially onboard regional complementary solution partners that add value to the Finacle solution stack; inclusive of contract type, assessment/negotiations, generating joint value pitch, solutions and go to market motions

  • Create, strengthen and maintain relationships at multiple levels across sales, alliances, marketing teams to drive increased visibility and grow the partnerships

  • Ensure our partners' sales, technical, service and management resources are enabled as needed to make the partnership successful

  • Drive a joint partner business planning process in which mutual performance objectives, identifying joint customer targets and critical milestones are defined

  • Closely coordinate executive alignment and regular cadence

  • Build/Own partner sourced pipeline for all partners

  • Maintain reports on Partner Opportunities Created, Pipeline and won deals


About You

  • Significant experience in both building and managing successful at-scale partnerships. You will have an impressive track record in building joint business plans, value propositions, campaigns and GTM strategies as well as successful achievement of both strategic and identifying / driving joint opportunity goals

  • 10-15 years of experience in business partnerships, alliances, account management with advisory, system integration partners, both regional and global corporations

  • Focused and results-driven yet a strategic thinker who can prioritize decisions based on broader context and other initiatives

  • Strong ability to execute, document, deliver and move engagements to the next level; key focus is to work with partners to identify or generate new opportunities for sales teams to collaborate and close

  • Personality traits are ethical, friendly, hardworking, encouraging and proactive


Bonus Points

  • Fluent in English and Spanish primarily; Portuguese added bonus

  • Experience with banking and financial institution technology; BFSI space

  • Previously employed by EY, PWC, Capgemini, IBM, KPMG, Accenture +
