Description

Williams Form Engineering has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer/Applications Specialist. This position can be initially based out of our offices in either San Diego, CA, Belmont, MI, or Golden, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle technical aspects for complex projects
• Review project plans and perform quantity takeoffs
• Review submittals
• Analyze test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications
• Plan and develop product design calculations
• Assist in the field by providing technical support
• Interface with clients and Engineers to assist in problem resolution

Qualifications:

• Civil or Construction Engineering degree required
• Project Management and Construction related field experience required
• Experience with soil nail, micropile, and ground anchor design & installation techniques is required
• Knowledge of Geotechnical, Structural and/or Mechanical Engineering principles is required
• Possess or working toward obtaining Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• MathCAD and AutoCAD skills are desired
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation required
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
