RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client headquartered in Quincy, MA is seeking an Audit Manager to join their team. This position can sit in Quincy or Boston. This office setting is hybrid.

Duties:

• Audit Manager will conduct Audits for the firm to ensure compliance in financial and operation areas


• Responsible of overseeing the Auditing process of the firm


• As an Audit Manager, you will make sure financial statements are factual, complete, and free from errors


• Check for errors and suspicious activity in the firm's records


• Maintain business partner relationships, with outside vendors, develop business knowledge and report back to leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred


• CPA or on track to complete certification


• 3+ years audit experience from a public accounting firm


• Strong presentation skills


• Attention to detail


• Strong critical thinking


• Oral and written communications with teams and leadership when reporting results


• Able to multitask a variety of projects and support teams


• Ability to effectively interact with diverse teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
